Brian Phelt
Brian K. Phelt is a second-generation Realtor and currently holds the ABR designation and is in the process of completing his Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation from the National Association Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Brian served as a Police Officer for the City of San Antonio from 1999-2016 and has always had a pulse on the local market in relation to business real estate and activity. Brian is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is the President of the local NARPM Chapter for 2019. Brian attributes his success in business to always placing the needs of his clients as a top priority as well as striving to exceed client expectations by providing stellar service.

Carol Hipolito is a dedicated real estate professional and community leader based in San Antonio, Texas, currently serving as the Director of First Impressions at Realty ONE Group Emerald. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry—including 7.5 years with Realty ONE Group in Fremont, California—Carol brings a strong foundation of operational expertise, agent support, and client service to everything she does.
Since relocating to San Antonio, Carol has quickly become a recognized and respected leader within the community. In less than four years, she has earned recognition across multiple organizations for her commitment, leadership, and genuine passion for service.
Carol actively serves as Chairman of the Ambassador Committee for the Helotes Area Chamber of Commerce, New Member Coordinator and Chairman of the Diplomat Committee for the Texas Tri-County Chamber of Commerce, and Ambassador for the South Texas Business Partnership. She is also deeply involved in education and community outreach as Vice President of the PTA at Legacy Middle School and a proud partner with East Central ISD.
